I would recommend Brendan to anyone who is buying a house. Even when other Lenders tell me that it couldn't be done, he made it happen in one and a half month. I just couldn't believe it. My loan was a bit difficult and he worked with me and he get it done. Brendan answer my calls anytime of the night. I must say Allysa at the office is fantastic. She answers all my calls in a timely manner and if she say she is gonna call back, she is definitely gonna call you back. She is very professional. This team is very good. If they did it for me, trust me they will do it for me. Other Lenders turned me down but he worked with me and get it done in a timely manner
