Review Unfortunately we can not recommend Susan. As first time homebuyers we were confused and uninformed throughout our entire home buying process. Getting responses we could understand or at all were not up to a standard that we would consider appropriate. Susan either has too large of a workload or just doesn’t care about explaining things to inexperienced homebuyers. Rebecca, Susan’s loan processor, was very professional and knowledgeable though. Susan took a lot of the joy and excitement out of our buying process and replaced it with confusion and disappointment, that left us searching for answers from our real estate agent, google, family members and our lawyer.
