I applied for a loan application through this agency and I guess it routed me to the first person available. Over a week ago no response and the communication or lack there of. It sucks because I feel like some communication and guidance could’ve been provided like other companies that are actually trying to help people with the home buying experience. Reached out to another company and within 72 hours got some tips and advice on how to reach my goal. Don’t waste the credit inquiry on this company, heck maybe it was the MLO that I reached out to but not the greatest experience.

You have spoken with her since and when you told her that you were looking to buy in NC, and since we are only licensed in SC right now, she assumed that you were going somewhere else. You spoke with her after and she explained this to you. I apologize for any miscommunication, but she can't help in NC as of now.
