I am just getting started, but I am very excited about this platform. I'm always looking for ways to stay in front of past clients and sphere of influence, & I believe myHomeIQ is the answer. I believe it will help me to grow my business with past clients returning to use me for more transactions and it will help with lead generation. Bonus - it can also be integrated into my current website.

I'm super excited about this product. The support team has been great at answering questions and following up with answers to questions I asked on the webinar. I love the idea of a statistical calculation of "likelihood to move". It's a gentle nudge to me to get in touch with specific past clients.

In real estate, you end up on the receiving end of a lot of other people's customer service, and as a salesperson, you become sensitive to peole who don't and people who do really want to help. myHomeIQ is not only an attractive product with features and ease of use that knock competitors out of the water, their customer service response to anything I've needed along the way is peerless. 10/10 would recommend

I highly recommend my Home IQ to all agents who want a personal landing page to generate more leads. I Q reports to nurture and stay top of mind with clients. I also love the easy to use banners that also generate seller leads as well a buyer leads . Vita is great at answering question and walking you thru My Home IQ
