When originally trying to get my loan, the underwriters would say they needed a certain document. Ok, I provided that document. Then two days later they would ask for another document that had the same information as the document I provided previously. They did this approximately five times. When they should’ve asked for all documents at once, because that pushed back my closing date. Then I didn’t realize that they have a $30 fee on stop payments, and it isn’t refundable. I paid them for the month of June, I accidentally paid them again in June. So I put a stop payment with my bank, so I wouldn’t pay them twice for one month. Will never use them again!!
