I have recently worked with Adam as a lender and he promesed me several things like my payments shouldn't be ovet 1800 a month, that my cash to close should be 13k, that you qualify for all these first time home buyer programs, or my rate would be under 3%. None of that was true. I was a first time home buyer and he took advantage of me unfortunately, he will be very attentive in the begining to reel you in and then disappears when the loan is being processed. He is a body builder and his wife needs him all the time when an inlaw is in town. I only know this as these were some of the excuses he emailed me on why he couldn't help me. Just an fyi my cash to close was 21k the first time he sent everything over they knew i only had 17k in the bank. He told me not to worry about it as the closing attorney would lower it and they did not so he had to redo everything and I was almost late to close. Even the "gift" he said he sent never arived. Long story short he will talk you up and let you down, go with someone else.
Adam kept the lines of communication open and was always available to answer any questions. He worked hard to get me approved.
