I loved worked with James Gay. He took the time to call me directly if there was anything messed up amd missing on our application and when we had questions either answered our calls asap or texted us when he wasnt able to call. The experience was very easy , personable and understandable with him amd his team.
We had a great experience. We were always treated well and kept informed.
I have worked with James and his team twice now. He did our original purchase of our home and our refinance. They are propmt, patient and very informative. I will definitely work with him again.
James was recommended to us by our realtor and for good reason! The team was always quick to respond to calls, even after hours and was very helpful with any questions we had. We also closed in just about three weeks!
