First Choice Mortgage was my first choice because of their exceptional reviews. Here I am, a month later, making my 5 star review. I knew after talking to Damian Brewster the first time I was in good hands. He is a diamond 💎 with the three C's: competant, competitive and calculated. He strategically advocated on my behalf, knowing my unique situation, and guided me through every step. I am grateful to the First Choice Mortgage team, as I am now a First-time homebuyer! Thankful for Mr. Dirk and his amazing team. They have all done a wonderful job for processing my mortgage for my first home. It was a smooth process and they keep you informed of where you at in your loan. I also love that they are very professional when communicating with their client. Highly recommend them.

Dirk, Janet and the rest of the First Choice team were wonderful to work with and were so nice and accommodating. The process was easy and quick to get our house. Personally, this was the third time I have been through this process and each time prior wasn’t even close to this easy and efficient. The follow up, guidance, and professionalism was top notch and there is no other team I would want to work with then First Choice.

I knew from the moment I spoke with Dirk that I was working with a professional. Not only that, but I could immediately tell I was working with someone that had my best interest at heart. Super communicative, very on top of everything, great advice throughout the process. Recommend 10/10!!!

Dirk Merritt and the rest of his team are truly the best. I've worked with him several times over the years and I emphatically recommend him. Nobody in this business is more responsive, competent, and capable of meeting deadlines like Dirk and his team. I've seen lender's fail and with Dirk its been a home run every time.
