I must say that I have never had someone be more on top of their customer service from a distance than Russell. He was always answering his phone calls, if not, he would text me right away and let me know he would be calling me back soon. He helped make the process of completing my mortgage process so simple and easily understood. I work as a realtor and this was my own home purchase and will for sure encourage anyone looking to purchase, to reach out to him and give him a chance to help them in this process. I can’t begin to express how helpful Russ was with me, my husband and my mom. Mom moved down to live with us from NY and we needed to find a roomier house with a bedroom and full bathroom on first floor. He was very patient while we found the right house.
