My loan experience was very delightful and professional. Mrs McCoy worked with me throughout the entire loan process. She made follow up calls with the dealership on my behalf to ensure that all necessary paperwork were in place and that my best financial and vehicle purchase interest were taken care off. I'm very happy with the purchase process and am enjoying my 2020 BMW X5 x40i. Carl

Not happy with the fact I had a fraudulant amount on my business account and after giving proper paperwork its taking 10 days too clear the mess up. Large sum of money was taken out of my account, which I feel should have been flagged causing account too be overdrawn. Cant buy products for my small business because I'm in the negative, taking way too long too clear up everything, when my personal bank does it the same day. Leaving this bank and opening my business at my bank. So disapointed for no support for a small business.

I refinanced my car, and it was quick and easy. I was in and out in 15 Mins. Very nice people. Definitely had a great experience.
