This is just to share my experience in dealing with Mike Stuckey State Farm Insurance… The staff there is nothing short of excellent…! In particular Tanisia has proven very helpful and goes beyond the ‘call of duty’ to make sure that your insurance requirements and answers to questions are met. She has a very customer oriented manner and tries very much to be understanding of what you’re facing. She manifests excellent qualities of patience and understanding while trying to help sort out the details of what can be a very trying experience when you’ve had an accident! Just wanted to let you know that this is an excellent firm to deal with, and additionally they make extra efforts to try and provide you a better value for your money. I highly recommend them for all your insurance needs…!

Crysta Wolfe provided me with world class customer service - she is very efficient & knowledgeable in all products offered at State Farm. She is very patient, and returned all my phone calls and e-mails promptly. One day she was on a lunch break but stopped to address my concern. She kept me updated on a weekly basis in the process of my policies. Because she is so deligent I wound up purchasing a policy for my husband as well. We need more genuine people like Crysta Wolfe working in customer service. It is her that will keep me a long time customer.

Praise the Lord! I had an issue with a customer service representative making a simple error while processing my payment, at the time the local office was closed. After speaking to a couple of customer service representatives and a Licensed agent whom none could solve the issue, I decided to call the office when they reopened and Tanisha stepped up and aided me through the rest of the Process. This put me at ease knowing that she would keep me informed until the situation was resolved. She was very patient, caring, respectful and responsive to my situation from the time she learned about what had taken place and showed concern for the hours I spent on the phone attempting to get it corrected.
