Was a pleasure dealing with Ryan Fellers. He was extremely professional and responsive. He also got me my new policy within 24 hours of our first discussion. My experience was great and the price was very reasonable and fair. Would highly recommend these people to anyone.

UPDATE: After 3 months with State Farm, I had no choice but to cancel my policy with them & go back to USAA (even though I'll be paying a little more now). It was nothing but a nightmare having State Farm auto insurance...from all of the different things you had to keep up with, fill out, send in, reply to, etc in order to "keep your discounts" to getting people to call me back to getting charged for something that was their mistake, which turned out to be the final straw for me. I would never recommend State Farm to anyone I know, and would actually warn people about doing business with them. I'm SO happy & relieved to be back with USAA! Ryan Fellers has been such a pleasure to work with. I had about 27 different questions for him, and he answered each & every one of them thoroughly and happily. Thank you, Ryan, for your patience with me and for all of the great information you provided!

I'm glad that Ryan was a pleasure to work with. He does a great job and is an asset to our agency. In reference to being "charged for something that was their mistake"...it was actually a discount that was given to you which required some steps you failed to complete. Ryan discloses and reviews all the necessary steps and discounts when you sign up and, as you said yourself, he is very thorough. The discounts were provided to you for 45 days to allow you to complete any necessary follow-up. You mentioned that we were saving you money over USAA. That comes from all of the various discounts that State Farm offers to our customers. We want to be able to provide you with the most amount of coverage for the least amount of money and give you all the discounts that you are eligible for. Several notifications and texts were sent over multiple dates advising to complete the enrollment. When those weren't completed the discounts were removed.
