Brett Cole not only helped me buy my home ($421k 6/20/2020 just appriased for $685k in less than two years) but we have closed over 25 transactions together as realtor & lender. His reputation for getting an insane amount of seller concessions is second to none. I always recommend him to anyone that needs help.
