The whole process was a good experience. Jim Sarver was straight forward and professional; he even answered questions when he was on vacation. First Heritage kept me in the know at all times throughout the process. They kept us up-to-date with text and emails and apps, to keep us informed. I got any and all questions answered and felt comfortable till the end.
