I have now done 6 or 7 loans with Coastal Equity Group and they have been great to work with. They bring a personalized approach to lending and always look to provide the best options for their clients.

Cristina, Kent and the team are very professional and great to work with …They provided a ground up construction loan for me where other lenders failed .., I even obtained some cash out on equity which is rare in this latest market climate and they closed in days not weeks . Hope to secure many more loans here … Highly recommend.

Coastal Equity Group is a phenomenal group to work with! When it comes to closing quickly they are on top of the game. Their loan process is very simple and straight to the point. If you want to build your portfolio they can definitely get you in the right direction. This was my first time working with them. It blew me away how much they communicated with me. I highly recommend them for funding your next deal. I promise you will not regret it.

The entire team is great to work with. We do a lot of flips in the CHS market and each has it's own hurdles, none of which are ever an issue for CEG. Quick closes, fast draws, and always outperform our expectations.
