Nicole M was our mortgage advisor, took the time to review options specific to our situation. Rates are high even with good credit, but that is just a market condition to go along with higher priced housing. I’m glad she was able to get us a loan we needed and she is very thorough and always available in a timely manner.

Working with Nicole and Nicole at Waterstone Mortgage was EASY and SMOOTH. They really know their business!! They treat you in a highly respectful and personalized manner. We would definitely use them again!!

Nicole was fabulous to work with. She kept us informed and update to date throughout the entire mortgage process. Would not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends and will use her again if we ever purchase another home in SC.

Nicole Munnerlyn was our mortgage loan originator for Waterstone mortgage and bank. Nicole is an energetic, hard-working professional, who helped us navigate through a sometimes confusing mortgage process. Whenever we had questions Nicole responded almost immediately. She always had time for us and shared a wealth of information about the local community. Nicole treated us as if we were her only clients. I highly recommend Nicole Munnerlyn.
