We struggled for a year finding a good mortgage loan consultant. We never bought a house before so we didn't know the process or what to expect. The people would talk to down us. They knew one of the employees and he paired us up with a lady name Mandy. We had concerns going in because of how burned we have been before. Mandy was so patient and explained everything in great detail. I'm pretty sure we overloaded her with so many questions. She knows the process so well. Even if the process seems chaotic at first. Looking back she really does help smooth it out for you. She generally cares about what she does and really wants to help people. She is one of the best!!!!
