If I could rate them zero I would. I called up asking for help on getting the right loan seeing what I was qualified for and to get the help I need because I am a first time home buyer I’m not familiar with the process and I need to learn. I was spoken to very rudely almost like I was a problem. I was told forms would be emailed to me so my boyfriend and I could start getting the ball rolling. I’m also unappreciative of the commentary I got on the phone when asked how much we were willing to pay and I was honest when I said I did not want to pay more than $975 which is our current rental price. Rather than saying oh hey that’s good to know while we wait for the forms we lied and never sent you if you can afford x this means you need to look at prices for homes that are this much or below. Dude never bothered to call back and check in and it’s been three or four months I’m still waiting on that email. Just because someone’s income isn’t a lot doesn’t mean they don’t deserve respect. I wouldn’t pick this company. They can’t even get an email to the consumer or follow up.
