In 2018 Erica helped us find a VA mortgage for a home we fell in love with in SC while we were house shopping in CO. Our first attempt with another lender wasn’t good and disqualified us for reasons I can’t remember. We called Erica and she set us straight and had the ball rolling that day and pretty much completed the next day or two allowing us to make an offer and move into our current home. She helped us ultimately close on this house faster than any of the other houses we’ve bought. Erica made it happen when we thought it wasn’t going to. She’s a pro and knows her stuff. I would 1000% recommend her. She knows her stuff and being myself veteran she had that down too. Great service and enjoyable to work with. Thanks again Erica!
