From the initial contact and pre-approval to the easy to understand videos explaining the documents we were signing, explanations of the financial liabilities to which we were committing ourselves, the countless calls and texts (even after hours), and even showing up for closing: Ken was great to work with and removed one of the major headaches of real estate today.
