ATM, online banking, and representatives over the phone refused to tell me my balance. Will have to wait a couple more days until I can find out how much of my money is in the bank and then I will close the account

Your app update doesn’t work as well as the old app. Please fix the bugs, I’m tired of being signed out for no reason.
