Absolutely amazing
Merrell was a pleasure to work with through the entire experience. He was thorough with all the information the was given and have no problem answering any of my questions or concerns. On the day of closing he called to check in on me and also made sure I had everything that was needed for the big day. And I thank him for that.
Merrell is AMAZING!! One thing that is extremely important to a Realtor is their clients lenders level of communication. Merrell was always accessible, and worked very hard to ensure that our clients got to the closing table without incident. Our clients dubbed him as “The Hardest Working Lender” - they truly adore him. He exemplifies true value and compassion for his clients and feels that everyone deserves a home. Amazing Lender!
Merrel Johnson has went above and beyond on a daily basis for me as a first time home buyer, i know ive been a bit of a pain for him but with that said it was never to late or to early to call him for help. Hes stayed late just to help me get some paper work done. HIGHLY recommend him!
