Havent really left too many reviews before so lets hope i do this right. A Lender at Mortgage Options by the name of Melissa Hyler deserves a couple words written in stone about her. I am 25 y/o and have recently purchased my first home. Very seldom over my 25 years on this earth have i heard someone talk about the home buying process in a positive and refreshing manner- so naturally going into this, my expectations of the experience to be had were not good.. I quickly realized Melissa was always available for questions and comments throughout the entire process. My mornings the past month were always started with New emails with Updates. When information on my part was requested by Melissa and sent over, it always took little - to no time before the next process of the purchase began. The entire process from first seeing the home — to close, took less then 27 days in total. Words cant express how good it felt to sit down at closing and have a FULL table of teammates ready to lend a hand if it was needed. (It was) Melissa is Timely, Professional & above all- Courteous. Conversations are always informative, yet personal and stress relieving knowing i had her watching my back. Its hard to sum it all up in one post but I am fortunate it was her teams hands I landed in for this process- and all my future endeavors with home buying. Glad to be home
