Matt and Hannah were phenomenal during the whole mortgage loan process. They worked very diligently on keeping us informed throughout the process. We had a difficult situation with me being a fairly new business owner and with us selling and buying a home simultaneously but they were able to make it happen for us. They were available by phone almost all the time. I would highly recommend these two for any homebuyers. Thanks Matt and Hannah!!
Hannah recognized our needs and went to bat for us in every aspect. As first time homebuyers, we were very inexperienced, but she was always willing to answer questions and bridged the gap between us and a complicated seller. We are in our dream home right now because of her and our agent Tekia Johnson literally working around the clock to get us to the finish l line at a great price. I am thankful everyday that we went with Hannah vs going with any one of the online big box lenders. She was available 24/7 and gets results. 100% would recommend her to friends and family.

Anytime I had a question or a concern, there was always a response. Whether a call, text, email. Communication was great during the process. Even with my little.flexibility for communication from my work schedule, Hannah was always understanding. Especially if it was about something that was high priority, she and her team handled the process with great organization!
