We had the pleasure of working with Eric and Jan during our journey. Let me just say Jan is an absolute GEM! She did absolutely everything in her power to help make our process that much easier. Bless her, she even helped me shop for my home owners insurance. And Eric worked just as hard for us. Even though he didn't have the best news to tell us due to the interest rates being through the roof right now. He was very patient with me and did an amazing job explaining every little thing that goes into a mortgage. He gave me several options to choose from so I never had that "stuck" feeling. It's easy to be swept away with all the numbers and lingo but Eric didn't let that happen! Definitely a pair I would look forward to working with again!
