I've been with this bank for 10 years and never had any issues until now. The manager by the name of Jennifer at the Camden Branch that I spoke with over the phone about my account issues had a terrible attitude. After telling her my problems and telling her that I needed them to email me with the info that was in error for the account. She got smart with me and told me "Your not gonna tell me what to do" and then hung up the phone on me. The bank stated that they made an "error" by putting money in my account that belonged to someone else. Then reversing the money back out after a month without no phone calls, emails or warning by anyway between this time. Then from the aftermath of all of this, they reported to the credit bureau that I was late on 2 credit payments that were already posted. So the bank is in error, but I get the blame for it! Im closing the accounts out, because they are saying there is no way for them to correct the error that was made by MCCU. DO NOT USE THIS Credit Union.
All white staff takes Juneteenth off cool thanks i feel so empowered that my bank is the only place that goes off of made up holidays

I have been banking with this bank for a few years now and I actually really like this bank. They have a easy accessible mobile app that works great and I haven't had to much trouble since I started using mid carolina credit union. I would recommend it to any one!
