Shawn was great to work with!! He was always available when we had questions and he explained the home loan process as well!! Not only was he great with helping us with the loan process he also recommended us a great realtor to help us find the home we wanted!! We would definitely recommend Shawn to anyone looking to buy a home!!

I applied for a loan application through this agency and I guess it routed me to the first person available. Over a week ago no response and the communication or lack there of. It sucks because I feel like some communication and guidance could’ve been provided like other companies that are actually trying to help people with the home buying experience. Reached out to another company and within 72 hours got some tips and advice on how to reach my goal. Don’t waste the credit inquiry on this company, heck maybe it was the MLO that I reached out to but not the greatest experience.

You have spoken with her since and when you told her that you were looking to buy in NC, and since we are only licensed in SC right now, she assumed that you were going somewhere else. You spoke with her after and she explained this to you. I apologize for any miscommunication, but she can't help in NC as of now.
We were very pleased with our experience with Palmetto State Home Mortgage in purchasing our new home in Greenville. Alex and Laura were both incredibly helpful and made the process go very smoothly. We highly recommend them to any potential client.

Crystal is gods gift to home buyers. Not only did she go above and beyond for months in this crazy market, she answered every question I had before I even knew I had it. Her communication about the entire process was impeccable and you better believe that if we buy another house, this is who we’re going through.

If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! :) Alex & Laura are AMAZING! We decided to buy a home at perhaps the craziest time in real estate, and be first time homebuyers at that! They were true assets throughout the entire home buying process. They answered all of our questions (with lightning speed) & set us up for success with the best possible rates.
