I’m so happy I chose Benchmark, their staff was so friendly and very informative. Mike let me know early on to ask all my questions which made me feel very comfortable. Jere was so patient while I collected all the paperwork they needed. Closing day was such a breeze and there were no surprises.

Our Second time using Mike and his team. They helped us have a quick and easy close on our new home. Mike always took time to answer any of my questions regardless of time of day it felt like. We highly recommend he and his team.
