This is one review that I had to give. Chris and his team are the real deal. I have heard horror stories about the buying process especially relating to underwriting BUTTTTT that was NOT THE CASE with Chris. Everything went seamlessly. They reached out to me with updates and requesting the typical documents when they were needed and that was it. NO HEADACHES, NO HASSLE, NO ASKING FOR AN ARM & LEG... none of that. I really could not have had a better team than BankSouth Mortgage. Another product they offer that I really found beneficial was the 12 month rate lock.
