Makayla with Carolina Foothills FCU was such a pleasure to work with. She was extremely kind and courteous as well as a wealth of knowledge as far as all of the services CFFCU has to offer. I look forward to working with her in the future as I grow my relationship with Carolina Foothills FCU.

I came in for the first time since the start of the pandemic with several questions that had been building up. Makayla was incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly! I had forgotten that I had secure rewards and she explained all that I could do with my point and how to lower my monthly fee. I left with the new app downloaded, two movie tickets, information for starting my son an account, and a fresh appreciation for my bank!

Makayla was SO helpful in sharing my options concerning keeping my account open or closing due to my move to NC. You don't receive this kinda of customer service Anywhere else in Any business. I've decided to keep my account with CFCU and keep our relationship + account open. Makayla is a 10 and deserves every promotion she seeks. CFCU is equally as good as Makayla represents the bank's outstanding customer service at each branch I visited. Best Regards to All at CFCU.
