Recently I had to visit Carolina Foothills Federal Credit Union a Spartanburg South Carolina. I was at their branch on Church Street. I was pleasantly greeted by a teller which was kind, courteous, and very respectful. That day I was very satisfied with the services of Andrea Eison!!!! Thanks!!!!

It's locally focussed credit union, so if you live and do business close to a branch you'll probably be fine. I've encountered crippling issues with doing business with them since they have no mobile deposit for business, no ATMs for deposit outside their immediate area, unable to transfer funds to an external account from my web portal, etc etc. In summary, getting money into or out of my account(s) has been a frustrating challenge since I'm not always in their "service areas" because I travel. I've been internet banking for about 15 years now and I'm fairly new to CFFCU and have found they are a bit behind when it comes to banking technology, but then probably no more or less than any other local credit union. Response to "Response from Owner": No, there are no brick-and-mortar co-op locations that have been able to assist. I've checked repeatedly to the point I've found it's largely not worth even attempting to find them any more. I really hope to see your web portal enable me to to get money into and out of my account(s), as I've described.

If you find yourself away from a branch and need to make a deposit or withdraw, an online co-op credit unions locator can find another credit union that can accept your deposit. This is typically handled inside the branch with a teller, however, rather than an ATM. Withdraws can handled by other credit union ATMs, expanding our ATM network to 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs! While CFFCU consists of 6 branches across the Upstate, we hope that continued updates to our online banking services and our mobile app will help to address the issues you've mentioned.
