For the past 1 1/2 years I have relied on Ralph Tubbs and South State Bank for my real estate financing needs in S. Carolina. I initially worked with Ralph to secure a loan to finance a lot purchase in the Bluffton area and subsequently converted that loan into a construction/permanent mortgage. The process couldn't have been smoother -- from explaining the different financing options, to assisting in the application process, to exchanging documentation and follow-up, Ralph was a pleasure to work with; he was readily available to answer any questions and was always extremely courteous and professional. Additionally, South State mortgage application platform made the process seamless and efficient.
