I was referred to Julley Capps with Primis Mortgage by my realtor after I had been denied for a loan by a mortgage broker . I was ready to submit a release and cancelation while be pretty heart broken about not being able to purchase my home. After talking to Julley and basically reviewing my situation and finances she encouraged me to submit a loan application and within hours she got back to me and reassured me she could get me approved, and didn't understand why the mortgage broker had denied me. I couldn't believe it and it was pure joy and excitement. The process was quick and I was able to close within 30 days. I own a home now that at one point I thought would be impossible due to the initial denial but some how they made it happen with the lowest interest rate available at the time.
