Could not have asked for a better experience with the Lending Path team. They make sure to stay on top of things and are there to walk you through the home buying process from start to finish.

Everyone working here made this process incredibly smooth for me! They were extremely happy and quick to respond to my questions and needs throughout this entire process. I wouldn't have my new home without the help of Josh. He earned extra points for dealing with my mom and her numbers. He also graciously answered all of my questions through this process. I told him I wanted to learn about the process so I could understand everything. He made sure to explain everything in as much detail as I needed. I highly recommend Lending Path Mortgage when purchasing or refinancing a house!

Heath and Josh are THE BEST! They were able to get our loan approved and processed by the closing date, even though we were turned down at the last minute by our previous mortgage lender. They understood our particular situation, found solutions, and made it happen for us. They are very professional, super efficient, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with.
