Rebecca Richardson the name The Mortgage Mentor is definitely a great fit. Rebecca did as awesome job in helping me with the Mortgage needs. Rebecca and her team (Erin) were there every step of the way to answer my questions and concerns. My new home building process lasted 8 months and they were supportive every step of the way with responses time to any inquiry with in a day if not few hours. The builder suggested me to use their in-house finance company to ensure the smooth process but Rebecca and her team made it even easier. Starting from loan application initiation, pre-approval, pre-underwriting, to appraisal and closing. As like other new home build now a days, the timeline and closing date was very fluid and with tight deadline. Rebecca and her team make it work and was even able to close with a very tight deadline. I would recommend the Rebecca to my family and friends without a doubt.
