We had a great experience completing our home refinance with Kosta. He always responded immediately with answers to any questions we had. He was always polite and was always available to answer my calls. With all the COVID issues that have been happening over the last two years, i have heard numerous horror stories of people trying to complete loans and home purchases. We had absolutely no issues. I will definetly be referring him to others. Thanks again Kosta Koutsokalis for all you did in making this refinance smooth and easy.

The overall experience was Okay, The bill paying process is chaotic, We rarely write checks, or use postage stamps. We do electronic online banking, This part of the process needs to be updated and brought into the electronic Banking era. It would have been better to just but the last name on the checks. Overall the unpleasantries were with the Escrow procedures.
Best lending experience we've had by far. They communicate clearly, mind the details, and are always available. Chelsea Emery was an incredible partner in this endeavor. Highly recommend.
