Great people
I first did business with Jeffords Insurance as Turbeville Insurance in 2002. I have both cars, a travel trailer, homeowners and umbrella with them. Excellent service, coverage and price! Highly recommend!
Been trying to get my car fixed for about 2 months now. Called multiple times with no answer or call back, after paying this insurance company for years I finally need to use my insurance and they won’t do their jobs. Now I have to go get a lawyer and bring a case to them to try to get any assistance from their representatives. Would not suggest this company to anyone ever the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
