We tried another realtor first and our property just sat unsold. We contacted George Bullard. He was good to work with, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. He got our property sold in a timely fashion. We would use Bullard Realty again.

Where do I start ?? First.. please understand that our move was big one, Not only a new home but a new state and climate and on top of not knowing a soul in this town. Then we had the fortunate experience of meeting Jayne Lee. Jayne is a wonderful agent that not only made our buying experience exceptional but a blessing. She helped with all tasks associated with moving into the unknown, with being so responsive to all my needs and questions Jayne made the daunting task of moving.. bearable, dare I say enjoyable ! I will be forever grateful that I happened to meet Jayne and be the recipient her southern hospitality. Bullard Realty gets 5 starts from us.. I only wish I could give more !

I constantly walk my dog past this property. I often notice it's the only home that seems regularly unkempt. Unsure if that is due to the owner or the property managers but either way some added care would be nice! Garbage piles have been there for a week or better. There aren't generally renters at the home (it may be a vacation rental, but I cannot confirm as it is generally unrented) and I try and say hi when there are guests around during our walks. Often they seem rude and otherwise disrespectful of both neighbors and the property. I used the sign from the home in order to create this posting. I would not want my home represented this way based on what the community sees! Just one person's two cents.

If I could leave no stars I would. Jayne Lee is the most unprofessional real estate agent I think we have ever seen/or tried to work with. Was wanting to buy a piece of land and well, we could never get a response from her, and when we went with getting our own agent she claimed the seller demanded asking price and we pay closing. We had our agent draw up a contract offer of the asking price and us paying closing with our own attorney. The contract was submitted and 4 days later on the day the contract expired the property went under contract. I understand that if someone else was interested they have just as much a chance as we do, but in this situation at no time when we had made previous offers was it mentioned someone else was interested. I believe we will be seeing the property up for sale again here in the next couple weeks. I feel for anyone that has property listed with them, and I definitely would not buy property listed thru Bullard Realty. The property we were inquiring about is the TBD Bay Catfish Road in Latta SC. Please don't waste your time with them
