I cannot say enough about this company! I worked with Greg Leaptrotte and Jacqui Szekeresh and the experience was amazing! We have had bad experiences in the past with other companies so I probably wasn't the easiest customer out there, but they answered all my questions, walked us through step by step and got us to closing a week early!!! I'm a raving fan for sure and will be coming back to them in the future. Thanks for making this a wonderful experience Motto!

We refinanced our home through Motto Mortgage Simplified (Aiken, SC). Lee Hunt and his staff, especially Salina and John, were extremely courteous, professional and made this process very seamless. We have worked with Lee in the past, and he is fantastic to work with, as well. We highly recommend this company. Thank you, Motto Mortgage Simplified, for an awesome experience!
I worked with Taylor and she was amazing, fast, and helped me through the process sooo much. I had issues with closing out a loan from a previous house and Taylor made sure to stay on top of everything. It's refreshing to work with someone who actually cares about their job and other people. They do not hide any information about the process and everyone replied quickly. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Taylor Bracken was absolutely amazing in the home buying process she really took all the pressure off of us. She made it so easy for us and told us exactly what she needed from us and we had zero delays and she made it a fun process when it is supposed to be a daunting process. Very appreciative of her.

This company does a few things well. My experience fell short on customer service. Jacqueline, cut me off and chose to argue when working through an issue. Lee was fine. I would say that if you have other options, explore those first.
