I cannot say much since my better half handled most of the process, but she seemed quite helpful when I did interact with her. The only one hiccup we encountered she assisted with us as best as she could, and helped make the process move smoothly. The only reason I didn't give her a higher rating is simply due to not seeing as much of what she did, but I firmly recommend her.
