Beware, Horrible experience! First impression of Mike Harley was decent however after we were 5 months or so into the process our rates changed 1 week prior to closing with no communication even after having our realtor check in to confirm everything was good to go. The worst part was we told him we were dissatisfied with the level of customer service because he would not return our calls and because of that “accusation” he would only communicate via email. We’re still pretty young and all of the real estate terms and paperwork really needed to be talked about over the phone but he refused and had our realtor be a liaison and not only that, he sent back the most unprofessional email I have ever read in my 15+ years in customer service. Using caps every other sentence. Unprofessional, child-like behavior. Even if my husband and I were wrong, you should never treat a customer this way. He has not apologized to this day. Only sent a generic “congratulations” text the day before closing which I of course didn’t reply. I’ve debated on leaving this review but I want upper management to know what occurred. I still have all paper trails and screenshots and am still very upset and baffled . Beware.
