This gentleman went to bat for me. Got me the loan I deserved and needed. I can't lie. It came down to the wire. I'm so glad I chose Brad and South state bank. And no one asked me into write this review or was I paid to do so. I'm doing it because what I'm saying is true and I pray that you give Brad a shot. You won't regret it!
WHERE DO I BEGIN? I guess I will start at the beginning. From the time I initially reached out to Brad until closing he was supportive. He never had an issue answering my questions and he always had an answer. Buying a home is exciting but very stressful, and Brad eased some of that stress by responding quickly and by breaking down and explaining my options. Even after the closing he reached out to ensure everything went well and to see if I had any questions. I will be recommending him and his services at South State Mortgage.
