She was incredibly informed, specifically around the unique financial needs of an investor. She was always willing to drop what she was doing to give me a call and walk through different scenarios. She was there when I needed her but never overstepped. I will definitely be using Sarah again on my next investment in Myrtle Beach.

Everyone who I worked with were very friendly and helpful during the loan application and approval process. The reason for giving a 3 star rating was that the final number ("cash" needed at closing) for the Closing Disclosure was not provided in a timely fashion (contract stated three business days prior to closing) requiring me to wire extra money (over $1600) with the promise of a refund at closing.

May 16, 2023Hi Eileen! Thank you for your review. Im sorry you didn’t have your exact numbers sooner. The three days is actually for the review of your preliminary Closing Disclosure, which was met. That number wasn’t final but fairly close. Your condo association was very late in providing your attorney the Certificate of Assessment, which had the last of your association dues on there that had to be paid at closing. I’m grateful everything worked out and very thankful for your trust in us and your kind words. Wishing you many years of joy in your new second home!
