I can’t say enough good things about Parker Avera and his team. Unfortunately, we had a horrible experience with NewRez when trying to close on our condo in Hilton Head. After five weeks of working with NewRez, and not closing on our condo, we were introduced to Parker. What normally could take a month to close, Parker and his team made it possible for us to close within two weeks. It was so easy to work with Parker. I have to honestly say that we spoke with Parker several times a day with him providing us with updates. We are very grateful for the help, dedication, guidance and patience that Parker and his team provided us with during the whole process. You guys are the best, we can’t thank you enough!!!!!
