I can not begin to understand the stress you were under with taking care of this transaction and move with your husband deployed. It is very unfortunate that the termite inspection (responsibility of the seller) came in after the original closing date and required repairs. Additionally the repairs required by the appraisal caused some delay because the sellers were not the most cooperative. I'm glad we got you in your new home and wish you all the best.
