Just got off an online demo with their rep, Emanuela. It is going to be great: My database will be autotmatically notified monthly, of a lot of useful information: The value of their home, their equity, their loan balance, etc. And I have the option of editing the report by running my own comps and also uploading a photo of their property (instead of using one generated by Google automatically. Can't wait to put it to work.

Recently joined HomeIQ after researching the company for the past several months. Yes you may think they are very similar to others that are out on the market as they share some of the same features. Although, Home IQ adds a bit of predictive marketing to the platform to allow you to see who is likely to sell by rating the clients. This insight will help you focus on who you should follow up with. They also go one step beyond by giving you mock ads for both the sellers and the buyers to use to bring in more clients through social media. Check it out if you are looking for a solution to gaining more leads.
