So my experience I hate negativity I hate expressing my feelings on the situation for we all have so much going on in our lives and sometimes things happen you know maybe people are having a bad day or I mean we're human I have to say once I step foot in that office I just felt judged the way they spoke to me in person compared to over the phone not yet putting my name to my face but now I have stepped in there office both over the phone and visiting the office is a uncomfortable feeling.
