Rhonda was amazing and walked us through everything over the phone until we met in person. I traveled 10 hours from Lousiana, she had an event to go to and stayed an hour over to get us pre-approved so we could make an offer on the house. She is hospitable, encouraging, and knowledgeable. I would like to take a second and brag a little about Rhonda Busby. Let me start off first by saying I am in my 40's and the opportunity of buying a house has never really presented itself.
