Arona provided great customer service, excellent communication and great followup throughout the process. As a former mortgage broker myself giving a 5 star rating is hard to come by, she did everything perfect. I refinanced my home with her twice within a year. once from FHA to Conventional to get rid of FHA Mortgage Insurance and later to do a cashout refi and take advantage of low rates. I would definitely refer Arona to anybody looking to qualify for a mortgage or refinance their home.
