Marilyn was a huge help in getting us pre-qual'd at the very last minute. We wanted to make an offer on a "just popped up" home we had seen and we weren't quite ready. Marilyn went the extra mile and did it in a few hours. (I would tell you the time of day and the day of the week, but she may not want to repeat it ;-) ) Our offer was accepted and she was a big part of it.
